Fifteen years in mechanical design and industrial automation, the last decade in South Carolina.

I started on an assembly line as a process engineer, improving methods a shift at a time. From there into project and design engineering — industrial mechatronics and controls, then complete turnkey production and packaging lines for food, cleanroom and high-speed applications.

I came to the US in 2014 and started over on the floor as a CNC technician, moved into machine design for a machine shop serving Tier-1 automotive suppliers, and ran an independent design-build practice. For five years I was the sole North American engineer for Roboticom, an Italian robotics manufacturer, owning every project from RFQ through installation, commissioning and operator training — medical O&P robotics, robotic surface finishing, and multi-axis stone sculpting.

ENQUIPA is led by me and backed by a standing group of specialists: controls engineers and PLC programmers, robotics and laser applications, CNC machining, fabrication and industrial additive. One engineer owns your project end to end and brings in the right specialist for each part of it.
