Engineering services

Five service lines, one engineer accountable for the project. Every machine and fixture below was designed, built and run off for a manufacturer, most of them in Upstate South Carolina.

One engineer owns the project from the first sketch to the machine running on your floor, and stays reachable after it does.

Mechanical design, engineering and fabrication

Complete mechanical design from requirement to released drawings — modelled in SolidWorks, dimensioned to GD&T, checked for tolerance stack-up and designed to be made, not just drawn. Fabrication through established machining and fabrication partners.

Custom equipment, test stands, poka-yoke fixtures and tooling

Purpose-built equipment for one part and one process. Assembly and verification stations that make a missed step impossible, leak and functional test stands, presses and crimping machines, adhesive dispensing cells, gages and inspection fixtures.

Robotics automation — design, integration, programming and service

Robotic cells from feasibility through commissioning, including the parts most integrators subcontract: reach and cycle-time studies, custom end-of-arm tooling, offline programming, safety integration and operator training.

Reverse engineering, 3D scanning, 3D printing and prototyping

When a part is obsolete, undocumented or worn out, the physical part becomes the drawing. Scanned or measured directly, modelled parametrically, dimensioned to a manufacturable drawing and verified against the original before anything is cut.

Project engineering, startup consulting, DFM and NPI

Engineering capacity without a hire. For established manufacturers that means owning a project end to end; for early-stage ventures it means turning a concept into something that can actually be produced at volume.

How a project runs

SCOPING CALL TO RUN-OFF

1 · Scoping call

Send the part, the old drawing or a phone photo. We talk through the process, the cycle and what "good" has to look like on your floor.

2 · Fixed-price quote

Scope, deliverables and a lead-time range in writing. Fixed price after the scoping call, no hourly billing.

3 · Design and build

Concept, design review with you, released drawings, build, and controls with our PLC and robotics specialists.

4 · Install and run-off

Installed and run off on your floor, with operator training and documentation. One engineer stays reachable afterwards.

Ready to start? We reply within 24 hours.
