Hydraulic crimping press rebuild
Tier-1 automotive supplier · crimping hydraulic hose · customer name withheld

The problem
An aging C-frame crimping press: serviceable iron, obsolete everything else, and no guarding to current standards. Replacing it meant new-machine cost and new-machine lead time for a process that hadn't changed.
What we built
Stripped to bare metal, chemically stripped and powder coated, then rebuilt with all-new components, a new control system and HMI, and a purpose-designed orientation fixture that positions hose and fitting before the crimp. Full perimeter guarding, light curtains and emergency stop brought the machine to current safety standards.
The result
An obsolete press returned to production as a current-standard machine, at a fraction of new-press cost.
