Reverse engineering, tooling and mold design

The problem
Parts go out of production, drawings go missing, and tooling wears out long before the part it makes is retired.
How we work
ENQUIPA works from the physical part: scanning or measuring it, building a parametric CAD model, and producing manufacturable drawings a shop can cut from — crimp dies and swage tooling, work-holding and gauging fixtures, injection mold cavity and core sets. Geometry is verified against the physical part before anything is cut.
3D scanning and 3D printing are in-house, so a form-and-fit prototype can be in-hand in days. CNC machining and industrial additive (SLS, MJF and metal) run through partners.
What this covers
Three sub-capabilities in one project stream: precision tool and die blocks, fully dimensioned reverse engineering of a part with no surviving drawing, and injection mold cavity and core work.
